Introducing Undomestic Mom's
Burnout Relief Remedy
Do you constantly feeling like all you do is work but you never get anything done?
Do you feel like shit scrolling through Instagram, while your house is a mess and your kids are watching their 10th episode of Daniel Tiger?
Are you wishing there was a book club for watching Schitt's Creek episodes instead of reading the latest New York Times' bestseller?
Then you're in the right place.
As a fellow burnt-out mom, who used to feel like she was living the plot of Groundhog Day, wishing for bedtime to come at warp speed and hoping no one else would touch her after 5pm.
I see you. I get you. I am you.
If none of this life is what you imagined when you became a stay-at-home-mom and instead you are:
>An irritated mom-ster with a hair-trigger temper
>Anxiety ridden and numbing out on food and social media but also "too busy" to make any real changes
>Disinterested in playing into the motherhood narrative that the sanctimommies on the Internet want you to believe
But nothing has worked. I'm here to tell you it's not your fault.

You'll learn my 4-pillar approach to creating a life you don't need an escape from. What if I hate meditation? I get it, meditation might seem like a waste of time for my "always on the go" moms. But I'd still challenge you to give it a try, it's a 10-minute task that yields positive effects all day. Plus, I walk you through how easy it can really be. However, you can still use the the rest of the guide if the meditation portion doesn't interest you.
I've tried journaling before but I've never stuck to it, how is this different? My process for starting any of these habits is slow and steady. Five minutes a day of journaling is all I ask for. You can find 5 minutes in your day to talk-to-text on your Notes app if you want. My methods are very open-ended to help all sorts of personality types.
How will I get my guide? It will be emailed to you after you purchase and you can download it and print it as many times as you like.
What's the return policy? Due to the nature of this product being digital, no refunds will be given.
