Getting meal inspiration from blogs is one of my favorite ways to build my meal plan. As I was writing my weekly plan out, I thought you guys might like to take a peek at it. So Meal Plan Mondays was born! I’ll post my meal plan from the week before and include pictures (when I remember to take them, lol) I’ll let you guys know what I actually ended up making because honestly my plans are just that, plans. Even the best laid ones don’t work out and I have to revamp them as the week goes on. Let this serve as inspiration for your own meals plans!
Meal Plan 4/15-21
Sunday: Chicken Pot Pie
Monday: Cobb Salad Wraps, fruit
Tuesday: Fish Tacos, rice & beans
Wednesday: Chicken Tortilla Soup with Tortilla Chips (instead of the tortilla strips from the recipe:)
Thursday: Pasta w/meat sauce, salad
Friday: Pork Tenderloin, pierogies, broccoli
Saturday: Leftovers/Out

What We Actually Ate
We did have wraps, fish tacos, pasta with meat sauce and pork (although it was chops instead of tenderloin). We had Chicken Alfredo with broccoli instead of the chicken pot pie and some Mandarin Chicken from Aldi instead of the soup but I forgot to take a picture of it before we gobbled it up:) Sean and I had a date night and I got sushi that was delicious.
