Another week down the hatch! I remembered to take pictures of 5 dinners this week. The weekends always trip me up! I strayed from the meal plan quite a bit but that’s what I’m hear to showcase. Even when my plans change, I still manage to get a yummy dinner on the table.
Here was the meal plan for the week:
Sunday: Buffalo Chicken Pizza, carrot/celery sticks
Monday: Chicken Noodle Soup, bread machine bread
Tuesday: Chicken Caesar salad wraps, sweet potato fries
Wednesday: Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers
Thursday: Chicken Tacos rice & beans
Friday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches, slaw, corn on the cob
Saturday: Date Night Out (frozen pizza for girls)

We did have the soup/bread, the wraps/fries and the chicken tacos. Sunday we went to the zoo with Sean’s parents and ended up having a late lunch (I think burritos but I seriously can’t remember!) so we kind of skipped dinner and had some snacks instead. The peppers I had ended up being iffy, so I made chicken fajita nachos instead with leftover taco meat. They turned out amazing! Friday night Sean saw the new Avengers movie with friends so the girls and I went to Jason’s Deli, my salad is pictured. Saturday night Georgia and I saw Bubble Guppies Live. Sean and I thought we might go on a date after the show but I was beat. Sean made a frozen pizza instead. Typical parent move!
The meals were all my own recipes so I’ll try and get some of those posted in the next few weeks. Especially the chicken nachos, they were so good, I have to share! I’d love to hear what you guys have on your meal plan this week:)

I’ve got good old fashioned meatloaf on my plan for tonight. I am planning to make a spiralized zucchini, bacon, and asparagus dish later this week and probably some chicken tacos too.

Yum!! I got a spiralizer for Christmas, I need to give it a try:)
