2018 is almost over and I just realized I haven’t shared this recipe with you guys yet! This is my go-to recipe when our actual dinner plans get messed up. (Read: I forgot to thaw something) You can easily omit the sausage and make it vegetarian and keep all these ingredients on hand for a quick meal any night.
Ravioli Lasagna Bake
Ingredients
- ▪(2) 24oz jars spaghetti sauce
- ▪1 package (25 ounces) frozen cheese ravioli
- ▪4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ▪1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ▪8 ounces Italian sausage, cooked and drained (optional)
Directions
Spread 1 cup of spaghetti sauce in an ungreased 13×9-in. baking dish. Layer with half of the ravioli, 1-1/4 cups of sauce and 2 cups mozzarella cheese. Add cooked sausage here if using. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
