Toss all salad ingredients and chicken together until combined.
Place ½-1 cup of salad in each wrap (depending on size of the wrap.) Add sliced onions on top, if using.
Fold up it up. I like this method shown here.
Let sit for 15 minutes wrapper in parchment paper or foil for best results of not falling apart.
Filling will keep for a few days in the fridge. For a healthier alternative, you can eat the filling just as a salad and it's still just as tasty.
