Welcome to another Meal Plan Monday! I hope everyone had a great week- the weather has finally turned around here in the Midwest. We’re enjoying lots more outdoor time; which has been great for the parents and adults alike:) Our week was a little crazy but I did manage to take pictures of 5 meals. To be fair, we had one meal twice and I didn’t want to take a picture of it again, lol! Here was the plan:

Sunday: Buffalo Chicken Pizza & Salad
Monday: Crockpot Chicken Chili
Tuesday: Veggie Soup and bread
Wednesday: Cobb Salad
Thursday: Grilled chicken and veggies
Friday: Leftovers/Out
Saturday: Out of Town
I actually stuck to meal plan this week! We had buffalo chicken sandwiches instead of pizza because I forgot to make the pizza dough in time but they turned out just as yummy. We had the chicken chili, veggie soup/bread and Cobb salad as planned. I ended up baking the chicken instead of grilling and added different sides but it was still basically the same. We had leftover veggie soup one night and that was the picture I didn’t take again. On Saturday, I was out of town visiting my friend Becca and it we got Mexican for Cinco de Mayo! (Who am I kidding, we get Mexican food every time I’m down there:) Sadly I forgot to take a picture of it because I was so hungry I dug right in!
Overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out. We had lots of salads last week and that just means that summer is almost here.
