This summer my daughter attended day camp for the first time! I knew she’d love doing arts & crafts, playing with friends and going on field trips twice a week. I also knew I’d relish the break! So when I signed her up and noticed there was a lunch option, basically for $15 extra bucks she would eat lunch after camp, I jumped at the option. It wasn’t until the orientation night a week before camp started that I learned she would need to bring a nut free lunch.
While it might seem easy to some to make a nut free lunch, I was a little daunted by the task. So I headed over to Pinterest to get some ideas. I also decided to snap a picture of our nut free lunch whenever I remembered. Sometimes in its packable state and other times on a plate, but any variety can be packed in a lunch box.
