Jessica and I connected on Instagram in April 2021 when I wanted some help staying accountable for my health goals. Jessica helped me fall back in love with riding my bike and having fun with daily movement.

Jessica and I get honest and vulnerable about how we both struggle to ask for help or support, and Jessica shares how she likes to receive support from friends that’s meaningful and comforting. She gives some real-life anecdotes on how to get through the tough times and come out of the other side stronger.
