In my first ever “Meaningful Mom Chat,” I have the pleasure of chatting with Jessica Smith from the Fit Life with Jessica Podcast.

It’s no secret that motherhood is one of the most rewarding yet challenging jobs a woman can have. In my newest series, Jessica Smith shared her insights on inner healing, combatting mom guilt, and how to little moments to yourself can restore you in motherhood. This is a candid conversation between moms that you won’t want to miss!

Accountability with YOUR Goals

Jessica Smith is an accountability coach who helps you NOT break promises to yourself.  She will push you when you need to be pushed and be there to listen when you need a friend.  Tough love mixed with compassion and motivation.  She loves taco night and would never expect you to skip the chips and salsa:) Her logical and realistic approach to helping women who want to work on their health goals is not just some fad diet.

Jessica and I connected on Instagram in April 2021 when I wanted some help staying accountable for my health goals. Jessica helped me fall back in love with riding my bike and having fun with daily movement.

Candid Conversations in Motherhood

In today’s episode, I’m asking Jessica my top 5 burning questions for all moms. We have a really meaningful conversation that touches on inner healing, mom friends, being proud of yourself in motherhood, carving out time for yourself, asking for what you need, and getting the support you need when times are tough.

We discuss the struggles with feeding our kids dinner, how the little moments impact our kids and how therapy can be the turning point on your road to happiness.

Going through tough times when you have little kids, and a mountain of responsibilities that don’t stop can be extremely tough. Jessica and I get honest and vulnerable about how we both struggle to ask for help or support, and Jessica shares how she likes to receive support from friends that’s meaningful and comforting. She gives some real-life anecdotes on how to get through the tough times and come out of the other side stronger.

If you’re a mom looking for uplifting and authentic conversation, this episode is for you! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. So, pour yourself a cup of coffee or tea, put your feet up and let’s chat about how to have the happiest life possible. You are not alone in this journey called motherhood. We hope you enjoy this episode!
