How To Make Naan Bread Pizza
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Spray two nonstick cookie sheets with cooking spray. Lay 2 naan breads on each cookie sheet.
- Top with whatever toppings you want.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese has melted and toppings have browned.

BBQ Chicken Naan Bread Pizza
This quick and easy weeknight meal is a family favorite that comes together in less than 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 pieces of naan bread
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray.
- Lay two pieces of naan bread on each cookie sheet.
- Spread each naan with 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce.
- In a small bowl, toss the remaining barbecue sauce with the cooked chicken.
- Spread 1/2 cup chicken on each naan bread.
- Sprinkle red onion and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Sprinkle green onions over each pizza and serve!

BBQ Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded/cubed chicken
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 4 naan breads
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

Margherita Pizza
Ingredients
- 4 naan breads
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 8-ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 2-ounces grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray two cookie sheets with cooking spray.
- Lay 2 naan breads on each cookie sheet. Rub each naan with half of a garlic clove.
- Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce on each one.
- Top each naan with 2 ounces fresh mozzarella, 3-4 basil leaves, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes and 1/4 tsp kosher salt.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly golden brown.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
Caesar Salad Pizza
Ingredients
- 4 naan breads
- 1 cup Caesar dressing (I prefer Litehouse brand)
- 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
- 4-ounces grated Parmesan
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed/shredded (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced in half lengthwise
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray two cookie sheets with cooking spray.
- Lay 2 naan breads on each cookie sheet. Rub each naan with half of a garlic clove.
- Spread 2 tbsp Caesar dressing on each naan.
- Top each naan with 1/2 cup mozzarella, 2 tbsp grated parmesan, 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/4 tsp kosher salt.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly golden brown.
- While naan bread pizzas bake, assemble Caesar salad. Toss romaine, 2-3 tbsp Caesar dressing, 1 cup of chicken (if using) and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in a bowl until romaine is evenly coated.
- When pizzas are baked, remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Once cool, top each pizza with 1 cup of Caesar salad and serve immediately.
Great for a Party!

I was confused because it said 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes but then it said 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes down below. I tried both and the 450 was too much. Good recipe though. Family loved it!! Thank you!
