Hey friends! Hope everyone is having a great start to the week:) We had some really yummy fall dinners this past week with our cool weather. Then today it’s 84 degrees outside😫 Oh well, the show must go on.
Grocery Haul
Check out what I got at Aldi this week in the grocery haul above! I spent $95.43 but I still have to grab black bean burgers because they were all out on Sunday. They’re about $3 so I’ll still be in the $100 budget!
That’s the thing that’s annoying about shopping on Sunday night, low stock sometimes. But I got plenty of things to make some savory fall dinners this week!
This Week’s Plan
Sunday: Leftovers/Frozen Pizza
Monday: Slow Roasted Pork, Pierogies & Broccoli
Tuesday: Black Bean Burgers, Corn Salad
Wednesday: Salmon, Brussels Sprouts & Rice
Thursday: Baked sweet potatoes with BBQ pulled pork
Friday: Turkey Wraps, chips
Saturday: Leftovers/Out
Last Week Recap:
Okay, so both the veggie lo mein and chicken pad thai turned out really good! Not necessarily fall dinners but they were still delicious. I’ll do recipes on both for you guys ASAP.
We stuck to the plan 100% again. Whoop whoop. I really think it’s because of my new $100 grocery budget. It’s getting me to keep less groceries in the house so we really don’t have much wiggle room. Though I don’t really mind because it keeps things easier to execute when I don’t have extra options.
That’s all I have for this week! I hope you guys find the new format more interesting and helpful if you’re grocery shopping on a budget. Come follow me on Facebook to keep up to date with my LIVE grocery hauls and my weekly #undomesticmomhacks
